Fitwell Bootcamps

Fitwell Bootcamps are intense circuit training sessions designed to give you a full body workout, every session.

The circuits include a variety of upper and lower body exercises, utilising a range of equipment such as:

  • Kettlebells
  • Resistance bands
  • Push up discs
  • Skipping ropes
  • Fitballs
  • Medicine balls
  • Exercise mats
  • Barbells
  • Dumbbells

Can Anybody Do It?
A common misconception is that circuit training is only for fit people. However, circuit training can be tailored to suit everybody. Each client can determine how hard they work at each base in terms of how many reps they do and how much effort they put in. Our trainers will push you to work your hardest but you will determine how much or little you do ensuring the class is suitable for all levels of experience. If you leave a circuit class knowing you couldn’t have worked any harder, no more can be asked of you.

As you get fitter, the number of reps you can do in a given time will increase. You can also progress by decreasing the rest intervals between stations. As a result, circuits can be demanding no matter what your fitness level.
